| As a coach, I see myself as a partner on a journey and a like mind, who asks focused questions and provides customised feedback so that the person being coached can take the next step in the now. My belief in others’ potential for growth and respect for their freedom are the key values. I am looking for the intrinsic motivation of the person so they can take responsibility for their career and the results they achieve. My strengths lie particularly in the area of global leadership development, cross-cultural coaching and career coaching.
I am the former chairman of the International Coach Federation Belgium. I am a certified coach and trainer with PRH International. I am also accredited in MBTI step I and II. In additional, I have education in person-focused coaching, contextual coaching, non-violent communication, ontological coaching, NLP, psychosynthesis, change management. organisational psychology, organisational perceptions, mindfulness and Silva method, EFT, etc. |
