Jacques will explain how the Process Communication model will help coaches to be better communicators. This will include learning to practically:

• hear and be heard (deciphering other people’s language)
• meet needs to boost client’s capacity to change
• prepare self to be 100% available to client
• prepare clients to manage conflicts, stress and difficult communication situations

Jacques Leloup

Jacques is an experienced Coach with an 8 year successful track record. He has a pragmatic and common sense approach to business and believes, absolutely, that the potential for growth and development is within everyone for as long as they choose to pursue it.  He started his career in the Chemical industry where he stayed for 25 years in various management positions. Understanding people is one of Jacques' strengths and this is complemented by a thorough knowledge of business and management. These ideals, combined with his passion for training and developing people, led to his decision to focus on coaching and training full time. He started his own company in 2003, acquired the Process Communication Model license for Belgium and became a Master trainer in 2006. As a coach he was trained at the Institute for Life Coach Training, at the Coaching de Gestion Inc and at the Impact Coaching School of Luxembourg.

Today, among other things, he trains coaches, recruiters and coaches in the use of the Process Communication Model.
