I am specialized in three domains: 

1. coaching of professionals and people in leadership positions who want to work on their professional skills, who face dilemmas, who have conflictual relationships, etc. 

2. conflict coaching: to help professionals and leaders to increase their capacity to handle their own conflicts; not only specific disputes but also to anticipate and deal with a wide range of tensions, potential conflicts and open conflicts (e.g. in own team). 

3. team coaching: to support teams to deal with difficult moment in their collaboration; to invest in team development; to build strong and resilient teams through team intensives with a group dynamic approach; using Theme Centered Interaction to work with the team-in-context working on the theme that is relevant in the here-and-now.
