| I have a passion for the human being, for developing his/her potential
and enabling him/her to perform on a higher level and to be more fulfilled personally and professionally in the different systems he/she is part of. My core values are commitment, ethics, professionalism, trust and authenticity. I am both respectful and challenging in the styles I use. My approach is holistic and integrative, and I combine the mental, emotional and physical dimensions when appropriate. I followed extensive coach specific training with International Mozaïk France (35+days), and have been trained in 5 solution oriented psychotherapy approaches. I am a certified hypnotherapist and an NLP Master Practitioner. I have a strong business background, having accompanied major organizational transformations for over 15 years in the roles of expert, project or program manager, change manager, facilitator and coach. I also held a line management position. In coaching, my major focus is to enhance personal or organizational performance through a combination of individual and group coaching, facilitated workshops, supervision and organizational redesign. Themes include enriching of management and leadership styles and flexibility, change readiness and resilience, organizational efficiency, coping with excessive workload, meeting effectivess, team cohesion, interpersonal skills, wellbeing and burnout recovery/prevention. I have been working with people from over 45 nationalities and work in multicultural environments. An area I further developed over the last months is coaching to radical change, where the coachee (organisation, team, individual) is confronted with objectives that appear to be not realistic to achieve. This approach is very intense, involves a strong focus and a well-developed follow-up process. Committment from both coachee and coach are key. |
