I am passionate about personal and organizational development.
After having accompanied major organizational transformations across Europe for 15 years, I followed extensive coaching training and formally started as a coach 13 years ago.
I have a rational background with 2 MSc degrees, a broad business experience and I have held a management position.
I have been trained in several solution oriented therapies, systemics, Neuro Linguistic Programming and hypnosis more than 15 years ago and I have extensive experience with personality type models.
I coach groups and individuals on personal and professional themes. I coached people of over 50 nationalities in a large variety of topics, including senior exécutives and teams, experts, administrative staff, scientists and students.
