The Coaching Squareis both a coaching company and a coaching school.  We operate in 3 languages:  Français, Nederlands, English.  We were the first Belgian school to receive the ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program) label for our ROOT-GROW program in 2008.

The Coaching School was funded by 5 ICF Belgium members in 2005. Marleen BOEN (PCC) en Leen LAMBRECHTS (MCC) are the directors.  All our trainers in our program are PCC-certified.  Leen  Lambrechts is also an  ICF International  assessor for ACC-PCC-MCC exams.

By being ACTP accredited, ICF allows us to take over the exam procedure for PCC-certification  because our full program already include 6 personal observed coaching sessions, a minimum 28 hours mentor-coaching,  6 video recordings of your coaching sessions and concrete written feedback on ICF competencies, oral certification, written certification and letters of reference.  The only thing you still need to do directly to ICF is to provide ICF with a proof of your practice coaching hours. 

Our programs are multi-sourced and contain elements of Competency Coaching, psychology, NLP, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused approach, … We support you to develop your own authentic coach style!

Although the ROOT-GROW are one ACTP program for ICF, our fundamentals in the coaching training: 
ROOT – a 10,5 day program (leaflets: UK– FR– NL)  is preparing you for the ACC certification and the
GROW – a 13 day program (leaflets: UK – FR – NL) gets you to the competency level of PCC. 
The ROOT-GROW program (ACTP) covers the full PCC examination procedure and passing criteria except the proof of your practice hours.
