Evolution Loops : how to evolve in a turbulent environment and with clients facing life transitions?

• Before, we were saying "no favourable wind for the one who doesn't know where he goes" (Seneca).
• Today, "As an explorer, in terra incognita, we navigate into the unknown ..."
• New dimensions, new paradigm. The change becomes a permanent routine and also becomes an illusion as there is no more time (or very little) between two changes.
• Inside corporations, pressure of everyday life is becoming stronger. In society, we face different crises, and also absorb the effects of natural disasters, volcanoes, floods, snow...
• As a coach, we accompany people in taking distance, in managing their emotions, in developing flexibility and innovation. This is developing new ways of being and doing.
• Anticipate, take distance, focus on true priorities, and give yourself the time of reflection and learning. reinvent society, reinvent the organization ... let's start reinvent and find new ways of thinking and working...

During the workshop, Sylviane Cannio will propose a model, the Evolution Loops which is a tool that helps identifying in what stage of change are people and organizations and that helps defining the appropriate coaching strategy to help them efficiently.
