Danielle Moens
Danielle Moens started Femco in 2005 after a successful sales and marketing career at Nashuatec. She followed her education at the school for coaching & leadership, is ACC and past member of the ICFB board. She decided to focus on the development of leadership capabilities and developed a coaching/training course for the empowerment of women in leadership positions which has already been followed by more than 400 women in Belgium. Besides empowering women in their leadership capabilities, she also coaches men and women in organizations to develop their inner feminine and masculine side and so develop a balanced leadership style. She is passionate about personal development and balanced leadership and source of inspiration for the book “The balanced leader”. Danielle is a mother of 3.

Michèle Mees joined Femco in 2009. She had been a partner in a marketing consulting firm and built up an extensive career in the internet and advertising industry prior to that. She decided that besides consulting, coaching is essential to develop change and followed her education at the school for coaching & leadership. Michèle focuses on creating the organizational al cultural environment for balanced leadership and gender balance and coaches organizations in creating the right conditions for this culture shift. She’s author of the book « The balanced leader » Michèle is a mother of 2.
