During her presentation “ICF and Me” Sylvie will offer her knowledge of ICF to the members and future members to explain the benefit of being a member of a Federation like ICF (with more than 18,000 members in the world). She will also talk about ICF credentialing (ACC, PCC and MCC), certified schools, recognition of the profession and importance of supervision for coaches.

Lors de sa présentation “ICF and Me”, Sylvie mettra ses connaissances d’ICF au profit des membres et futurs membres pour présenter le bénéfice d’être membre d’une Fédération telle qu’ICF (de 18.000 membres dans le monde). Elle parlera de la l’accréditation ICF (ACC, PCC et MCC), des écoles certifiées, de la reconnaissance du métier et de l’importance de la supervision pour les coachs.

Sylvie Schoen-Schlumberger is active for more than 10 years in business and individual coaching.
Coach PCC (Professional Certified Coach) she is ICF Belgium President for 2 years.
Assessor for the ICF exams, she is engaged in several schools for supervision, training and as a resource person.
She has 30 years experience in human resources and business management in renowned companies like The Boeing Company, 3M, Cap Gemini, within the European Parliament & European Institutions, as well as management consulting companies (“head hunters”).
She concentrates her activities on supervision and mentoring of coaches, career and life transition coaching, as well as personal development (self-confidence, alignment with values, …).
Sylvie Schoen-Schlumberger est active depuis 10 ans dans le coaching, business et individuel.
Coach PCC (Professional Certified Coach) elle est Présidente d’ICF Belgium depuis 2 ans.
Assesseur pour les examens ICF elle est engagée dans plusieurs écoles pour de la supervision, de l’animation et comme personne ressource.
Elle a 30 années d’expérience en ressources humaines et business management dans des sociétés réputées telles que Boeing, 3M, Cap Gemini , ainsi qu’au Parlement Européen et dans des sociétés de Consultants en Management.
Son activité se concentre sur la supervision et le mentoring de coachs, le coaching de carrière, les transitions professionnelles et le développement personnel (confiance en soi, alignement sur ses valeurs, …).
