He is an engineer by training and has worked for 14 years with big corporation such as Alcatel, Ericsson and Toyota. Being responsible for Toyota’s European Programme for Human Performance he discovered his love for change and coaching. After an in-depths coach training he created Extend Coaching in 2006 and continues to integrate new techniques and approaches to his coaching on a permanent basis.

Working with the social media is an integral part of his business development and he is a highly qualified speaker and trainer in this field. He has been published by PMEKMO, SDI, le FOREM, la FEB and IGRETEC.
